Post Curing

Parts produced using a liquid resin normally require a final curing step to achieve maximum material properties.

Raplas provide the RPU Post Curing Solution as a fully enclosed Post Curing unit. The Raplas RPU provides sufficient UV light at the correct wavelength to allow this to be achieved in an economical energy efficient way. An internal turntable allows the part to receive controlled even curing across the parts inside the curing unit with a volume suitable for the parts built on or largest Raplas machine.

The Raplas RPU is supplied with a convenient storage shelf and trolley base and utilises a regular 13A supply.
